02.28.2009-Houston Rockets vs. Chicago Bulls

I am not crazy about basketball, but I am crazy about enriching my life with some fun experiences. My 2009 new year resolution is that I will try some new stuff at least every month. January, I read an English bestseller ;-) I know it sounds kinda boring. So February, when I heard that someone in School was organizing a group game night to watch YAO MING, I quickly jumped in.

$30 to buy a dream of many of my fellow countrymen, big deal!

As the host of Chicago Bulls, a NBA team with glorious legend of Michael Jordan and an unsurpassable history, the stadium is no wonder the largest basketball stadium I've ever been. Well, $30 got me a ticket so far away from the players that my 200mm tele- lenses can barely catch the most famous Chinese sports star--YAO MING!

Besides going to the live game has much more fun than watching TV. You hear and make noises, you can possibly win lottery -- I got free McDonald Big Mac and Dunkin Donut coffee:-), you watch cheer leaders' hot dance or the Kiss Cam on big screen...

Eventually, Bulls successfully defended and won the game at the last minute by 104:102, which turned the host atmosphere extremely hot. It is a little bit upset for YAO MING fans. But hey, what I can say? I am from Chicago and I won Big Mac burger and coffee!
